COVVHA Bio and Interview

Picture

COVVHA AKA Children of Vietnam Veterans Health Alliance is an organization to help the children of Vietnam Veterans affected by Agent Orange.

For those that are unaware of what Agent Orange is, it is important that you tune into this interview and GET EDUCATED on the effects of Agent Orange now. It is still killing today as we speak. It takes the lives of those affected and twist it into a living nightmare and that is where COVVHA comes in place.

COVVHA offers support to the children of Vietnam Veterans in many different ways. Giving us a way to reach out and know "WE ARE NOT ALONE", "YOU ARE NOT ALONE"!!!!!

I find it important for Veterans affected by Agent Orange to know that there is HELP, there is HOPE through COVVHA.

I wanted to share this article of my father Donald Piercy. He was a Commanding Officer in Long Bihn, Vietnam for 9 long years.

My father laid the communication lines in the jungles of Vietnam while crop dusting planes dumped gallon after gallon of the herbicide known as Agent Orange. Within weeks of laying the communication lines in the jungle ALL of his teeth fell out. That was just the start.

I watched my father go ON and OFF of life support for years before it overtook him. He couldn't breathe, had 2 different types of heart disease, kidney failure, prostate cancer, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, bone marrow issues, blood transfusions, debilitating organ failure as well as many other issues. Agent Orange is CHEMICAL WARFARE. Agent Orange affects humans by mutating their genes, as it saturates throughout the system it goes in and mutates the sperm and passes the mutation onto their children and their children's children and is now known to reach the 7th generation as of this moment. I know that my grandchildren, great grandchildren (and so on) will be affected and it rips my heart out.

COVVHA works to bring global awareness and justice to the children of Vietnam Veterans. As of right now there is NO FINANCIAL HELP WHAT SO EVER for 99% of us! That's right! The U.S. Government DOES NOT HELP US!

The military used the powerful herbicide during the 9 years in southeast Asia (other countries as well) clearing the brush throughout the forests. It is said only toward the end of the U.S. involvement in the war that concerns arose over the danger of the herbicide in humans.

The chemical is stored in fatty tissue and mutates the sperm of those exposed to it. As of right now there are over 800 related health issues documented by COVVHA and not yet proven (research is being done and Dr's continue working around the clock).

To know if you have the mutation biopsies are needed with research. That is all that they have at the moment in knowing how it works and how it is passed. My genetic mutation was found by accident during a biopsy in where my body started attacking itself (skin) and I got sepsis as a result of not healing.

If you know any Veterans that have been affected by Agent Orange please share this article, for them, for their children and their children's children. There is help and there is hope with COVVHA.

If you want to help support COVVHA you can by getting T-shirts, mugs and much more on their Fundraising page (CLICK THE GREEN) or make a donation to COVVHA. Proceeds go to helping research, helping children effected and much, much more!

TUNE in and watch my interview with Heather A. Bowser Admin. of COVVHA, find out what research is being done to help us, how you can help and what services COVVHA offers to those affected.
